Welcome from Pastor Bill

I want to first welcome you to the Calvary Church. My encouragement to you today is that God doesn't live in the past and He doesn't want you to live in the past either. I don't care who you are. I don't care how old you are or how young you are. I don't care what you have done or what you have had done to you. I don't care what you think you are or even what society has labeled you to be. To God, the only thing that matters starts today. God is a God of new beginnings. God calls out and says "Follow me and I will make you new". I want to encourage you today to allow this very moment to be the deciding time for your life and choose to follow Jesus in all your ways.

God's Word also tells us that, in these days, we need to be "wise as a serpent".

WHY IS THAT?

Because the enemy doesn't want you to believe what I just said to you. The enemy doesn't want you to believe that the only thing that matters to God starts today. No, the enemy wants you to live in your yesterday's hurts, in your yesterday's habits and in your yesterday's hang-ups. If he can keep you living in your past, then you can never go forward with Christ. The enemy wants to rob you of your future with Christ.

See God's Word, the Bible, says God's truth and God's ways will set you free.

And my question to you today is:

Do you want to be free?

Do you want to live a life of God's blessings?

I also have a warning about the God that I present to you today. And that warning is:

WARNING: If you take this message and His Word and apply it to your life you will never ever be the same. You'll never ever be the same in Jesus' name.
